1. Shipping Information

Orders within Malaysia are delivered via J&T Express, PosLaju, or other trusted couriers.

West Malaysia: 2~4 working days

East Malaysia: 4~7 working days

Singapore: 2~5 working days

Free delivery for purchases above:-

  • RM200 (West Malaysia)
  • RM300 (East Malaysia)
  • RM500 (Singapore)

In-store pickup is also available at selected locations.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Packaging & Sustainability

We use minimal yet secure packaging to reduce both cost and environmental impact. Our packaging materials are designed to keep your garments safe while minimizing waste.

1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

FedEx Priority (Express): 2–3 business days (for major cities)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or festive periods.

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

3. Duties & Import Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees as determined by your country’s regulations. Please note that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance or incomplete address details.
